Addison Ross, a renowned luxury home décor brand, faced challenges with an outdated website and low conversion rates. Their previous tech setup limited performance and user experience, particularly when it came to supporting their flagship product: custom photo frames. Addison Ross needed a Shopify store that could provide a modern, user-friendly interface with custom functionalities to meet their specific business needs.
02. The Solution
Milktub Agency was commissioned for a custom Shopify theme development project. After thorough consultation, we recommended a migration to Shopify Plus to accommodate the advanced functionalities Addison Ross required.
Our in-house team built a fully customized Shopify theme from scratch, integrating several unique features:
- Print and Fit Module: A bespoke solution allowing customers to upload, edit, and position photos for Addison Ross’ frames. Users could apply filters, crop, and finalize the image, which was then sent directly to Addison Ross’ warehouse printers. The Addison Ross team could manage the process via a custom dashboard, allowing them to access and reprint images securely through an AWS setup.
- Custom Navigation System: We created a user-friendly site navigation flow, enabling customers to easily browse through multiple collections and sub-collections, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Custom Upsell Module and Cart Page: Enhanced features to boost AOV, providing product recommendations and a streamlined cart process.
